Raul started IT Business Hero in 2017 to close the gap between technology and security for the accounting, financial, and service firms that keep our region running. He is an entrepreneur first, so he knows what it takes to show up every day with everything on the line, and he brings that same ownership to every client. His background is deeply technical, from supporting disaster recovery and business continuity for clients at Datto to building and leading his own firm, so the strategy he recommends is grounded in real experience, not theory.
His philosophy is simple. An efficient business is a profitable business, and technology that runs quietly in the background gives you back your time and your peace of mind.
